Payments are handled by Stripe: Pronto Host does not store card numbers, only technical identifiers and subscription status.
Yes. You can pause your subscription when you aren’t hosting or during the low season. The plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; after that, the guide goes offline while all your content stays saved. When you need it again, reactivate the plan and your guide is ready to share.
The published guide opens without an account: anyone with the link or QR code can view it. You decide what information to include and who to share it with. You can edit or remove content at any time and, if you want to revoke the old access, regenerate the link: the previous one will stop working.
