Cookie Policy

Last updated: 09/09/2026

Pronto Host uses technical and functional cookies necessary for the service. Only with your consent may it also activate marketing cookies and technologies to measure conversions; you can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time.

1. Categories and choice

Strictly necessary cookies and technologies operate the service and remember requested settings. Marketing measurement with Meta Pixel and Conversions API is optional, off by default and activated only after consent.

The choice receipt is functional: ph_marketing_consent records acceptance or refusal, while ph_marketing_consent_version and ph_marketing_consent_at record the policy version and decision date. These are Pronto Host first-party cookies, are created only after a choice, last 6 months and do not measure advertising.

2. Inventory

NEXT_LOCALE — Pronto Host; technical/functional; remembers language; up to 12 months; on by default. ph_ref — Pronto Host; functional; attributes the referral programme; 30 days; active when an invite is received.

_fbp and _fbc — Meta; marketing; connect browsers and ad clicks to conversions; up to 3 months; off by default and possible only after consent. Information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://www.facebook.com/business/help/AboutConversionsAPI.

ph_acquisition_first and ph_acquisition_last — Pronto Host; optional first-party marketing attribution; retain the first and last Meta touch with validated campaign parameters; 7 days; off by default and possible only after consent.

3. Aggregate measurement

Vercel Web Analytics measures the banner experiment and funnel in aggregate. We remove the URL query before measurement and do not include campaign parameters or Meta identifiers in consent events. Information: https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.

First-party acquisition reporting is separate from delivery to Meta: after verified registration it may connect only validated campaign parameters to the account. It does not reconstruct an individual Vercel visitor.

4. Meta, excluded data and transfers

Only with consent may the browser Pixel observe the current page URL, including campaign parameters visible in the browser. For server-side Conversions API events, we accept only approved Pronto Host origins and remove the query and fragment before storage or delivery. Meta may also receive event metadata, IP address, browser/user agent, _fbp, _fbc and normalized, hashed email to measure registration, checkout and first purchase; it may act as an independent controller and process data outside the EEA under its safeguards.

We do not send Meta passwords, Wi-Fi passwords, access codes, property or guide content, or payment-card data.

5. Management, retention and rights

You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time using the persistent Cookie control. Withdrawal blocks future Meta events and removes marketing cookies writable from our domain, but cannot recall events already delivered.

For details about recipients, international transfers, retention and your rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and complaint, see the Privacy Policy or contact hello@pronto-host.com.

Landing assistant and requested offer

The virtual assistant starts when you choose. Recent messages pass through our servers to Anthropic to select answers about Pronto Host. Do not enter sensitive or guest data. Pronto Host does not archive conversations in its databases: up to 12 messages remain in the tab's sessionStorage, removable with Clear conversation or when the tab session ends. Anti-abuse limits use HMAC-derived IP identifiers. Chat statistics require marketing measurement consent and contain no message text, email or tokens.
