Terms of Service

Last updated: 24/06/2026

By using Pronto Host you accept these Terms of Service. The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. The service

Pronto Host lets hosts create digital, multilingual welcome guides for their guests, generating nearby recommendations and publishing them via a link.

The service is provided by Davide Merenda, Piazzale Europa n. 2, int. 1 — 98057 Milazzo (ME), Italia, C.F. MRNDVD91D18F158T – P.IVA 03878780836.

2. Account

To use the service you must create an account with a valid email and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and payments

We offer monthly subscriptions based on the number of published guides, with EUR pricing shown on the pricing page for the first guide and each additional guide.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until suspended or cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe.

We may change prices with notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid.

4. Free creation, recommendations and publishing

Without an active subscription you can create one trial guide with the basic content. Local recommendation generation, automatic translations and public guide sharing (the guest link) require an active subscription and availability for that guide within the included guide count.

5. Suspension and cancellation

You can suspend your subscription: billing is not renewed and guides stay online until the end of the period already paid, then go offline until you reactivate. If you reduce the included guide count or schedule a guide not to renew, excess guides stay saved but will no longer be online from the next renewal.

6. 'Invite a friend' programme

If a friend you invite via your link signs up and activates a paid plan, you receive €14.90 of credit on your subscription, added to your balance and deducted from future invoices.

The credit may be reversed if the friend's payment is refunded or in case of breach of these terms. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed, and a maximum number of rewarded referrals applies. We may change or end the programme at any time.

7. Host content

You are responsible for the content and data you enter and publish and warrant its lawfulness. You grant us a limited licence to process and display it to your guests to provide the service. Your guide content remains yours.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing purposes, and not to compromise its security or operation.

9. Generated content

Generated recommendations (places, routes, times) are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies: they are indicative and should be verified. The service is provided 'as is', without warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of generated content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to Foro di Messina, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
